1、 What is steel mesh skeleton composite pipe?
The steel mesh skeleton pipe is a short name for the steel mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe. It is a new type of improved pipe. It overcomes the shortcomings of steel pipe and plastic pipe, while maintaining the advantages of steel pipe and plastic pipe, it has higher pressure resistance and excellent flexibility.
2、 Production process of steel mesh skeleton composite pipe?
The steel wire mesh skeleton pipe is made by fusing the cross woven high strength steel wire after plastic as the skeleton and thermoplastic polyethylene as the skeleton. The steel wire winding mesh is used as the skeleton reinforcement of polyethylene plastic pipe, with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the core pipe matrix, and high-performance HDPE modified bonding resin is used to closely connect the steel wire skeleton with the inner and outer layers of high-density polyethylene.
3、 What are the characteristics of steel mesh skeleton composite pipe?
(1) Good creep resistance and high durable mechanical strength
As the plastic will creep under normal temperature and stress, and brittle fracture will occur under high persistent stress, the steel wire mesh skeleton can effectively restrain the creep of the plastic and greatly improve the durable strength of the plastic itself after compounding the steel wire mesh skeleton with the plastic.

(5) Good temperature resistance
Since about 2/3 of the strength of the steel mesh skeleton pipe is borne by the steel mesh skeleton, its strength decreases less with the increase of the service temperature than any pure plastic pipe. The experimental results show that the strength decreases below 5% for every 10 ℃ increase.
