PVC is the abbreviation of Polyvinyl chloride. Its main component is polyvinyl chloride. Other components are added to enhance its heat resistance, toughness and ductility. The top layer of this surface film is paint, the main component in the middle is PVC, and the bottom layer is back coating adhesive.

It is a kind of synthetic material which is very popular and widely used in the world today. Its global use is in a variety of synthetic materials. According to statistics, in 1995 alone, the production of PVC in Europe was about 5 million tons, while its consumption was 5.3 million tons. In Germany, the average production and consumption of PVC is 1.4 million tons.

PVC pipe (PVC-U pipe) rigid PVC pipe is extruded by hot pressing method after PVC resin is combined with stabilizer, lubricant, etc. It is the first plastic pipe developed and applied. PVC-U pipe has strong corrosion resistance, easy bonding, low price and hard texture. However, due to the leakage of PVC-U monomer and additives, it is only applicable to water supply systems with delivery temperature not exceeding 45 ℃. Plastic pipes are used for drainage, waste water, chemicals, heating and cooling liquids, food, ultra pure liquids, mud, gas, compressed air and vacuum systems.
