1. The installation sequence of the connection between the inspection well seat and the pipeline shall start from the upstream section of the household pipe, and be installed in the sequence of well → pipe → well → pipe, and gradually extend to the downstream branch pipe and main pipe.,

2. The construction of well seat joint and pipeline connection shall be consistent with the pipeline connection method of the same type of joint.,

3. The connection between the well seat and the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe requires reducing joint. When the diameter of the inlet pipe is smaller than the diameter of the well seat interface pipe, the pipe top shall be connected flat; When the outlet pipe interface of the well seat is larger than the downstream pipe, the inner bottom of the pipe shall be butt jointed.

4. Variable angle joint or ball joint shall be used to adjust the pipe slope. When the pipe diameter is greater than 315mm, special tools shall be used instead of chain wrench.,

5. The installation of additional joints shall be based on the size of the shaft and the diameter of the connecting pipe. Special tools shall be used to make holes on the shaft wall. The edges of the holes shall be flat. The installation of additional joints shall not be downhill.,

6. When the underground water level is high or during the rainy season construction, when the pipeline (including the inspection well) is installed (but the water filling test has not been conducted), technical measures should be taken to prevent the well body from floating.,

4、 Inspection shaft installation

1. The length of the shaft shall be the height from the bottom of the shaft socket to the design ground minus the height from the top of the shaft to the ground. When the ground or pavement elevation is difficult to determine, an appropriate margin can be left.

2. When inserting and connecting the shaft, special tightening tools shall be used, heavy hammer shall not be used to knock, and it shall be kept vertical.

Backfilling attention

1. Backfilling shall be carried out after the drainage pipeline (including pipeline and inspection well) is accepted and at the same time as the backfilling of pipeline trench.

2. Before backfilling, sand bags, steel chisels and wooden supports can be used to fix the well seat and shaft, and drain the water in the foundation pit and trench.

3. High (medium) calcium fly ash, medium coarse sand or good soil excavated from the trench can be used as trench backfill materials within 0.5m above the pipe top from the foundation surface of the pipe bottom.,

4. Sludge, garbage or frozen soil shall not be used for backfilling, and stones, bricks and other objects with edges and corners shall not be included.

5. When the maximum depth of local frozen soil is greater than or equal to 1m, medium coarse sand shall be backfilled in the range of not less than 100mm around the shaft within the frozen layer.
