When the steel pipe is welded with the plastic composite pipe of the steel wire mesh framework, the length of the steel pipe shall be greater than 400mm and cooling measures shall be taken to prevent the plastic end from being damaged and damaging the sealing of the connection.
6. Hot melt butt welding: PSP has reinforced steel wire inside, and the pipe wall is thin, so it is difficult to directly conduct hot melt butt welding. Generally, the flange end face is manufactured first, and then the two ends are connected by hot melt butt welding.
7. Combination connection of hot-melt butt welding and electrothermal sleeve pipe fittings: In important projects, in order to improve the connection strength and safety coefficient of the steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe, first use the hot-melt butt welding connection, and then use the electrothermal sleeve pipe fittings for electrothermal welding. Practice has proved that this is a very reliable connection method.
