1. Trencher
The sludge processor, which is used for rigidity sealing in the middle of the pipeline, acts as a gusher to cross the pipeline under the effect of gas or liquid working pressure, eliminating the dirt in the pipeline together. This kind of method stipulates the standard of smooth wall thickness, and the sediment cannot be too much. Therefore, it is mostly used for nuclear power generation and industrial metal sewage treatment pipeline desilting.
Like this kind of pneumatic trench machine, the sludge processor is sent from one sewage inspection well to another sewage inspection well by air compression, and the winch drives the galvanized steel wire rope at its tail end to extend the wings, and the sediment is scraped out of the pipeline with the sludge processor. In addition, this kind of flexible shaft trench machine is driven by a motor or automobile engine, which is transmitted to a small sludge treatment tool according to a flexible shaft. The rotation of the flexible shaft makes the small sludge treatment tool move forward while rotating, and the sediment is stirred loose and scraped into another sewage inspection well.
2. High pressure injection
Compared with the sludge treatment methods used, each high-pressure water jet sprinkler is equipped with large and medium-sized water storage tanks, obstacle removal vehicle reelers, high-pressure water pumps, water jet nozzles, etc. In actual operation, the high-pressure water pump will be driven by the automobile engine to pressurize the water and send it to the water jet nozzle. The recoil force caused by its backward ejection will make the water jet nozzle and the rubber hose move in the opposite direction together, and also clean the wall thickness together; When the nozzle reaches the sewage inspection well at the middle and lower reaches, the winch of the obstacle removal vehicle will take back the plastic hose, and the water jet nozzle will spray water again to flush the residual sediment through the sewage inspection well at the middle and lower reaches, and the mud suction truck will pump it away.
This kind of method can use pipelines of various shapes, specifications and models. Because of the application scenario cost and actual erosion effect, it is generally limited to pipelines with diameters less than 130cm, and the cost of cleaning tap water is relatively high; In addition, the damage to the wall thickness caused by the alluvial particles doped in high-pressure injection cannot be ignored.
3. Erosion sludge treatment
The specification of sewage inspection well is limited, and the components of all equipment must be assembled in the sewage pipeline. During the work, the waste water gathers in the upstream and downstream of the equipment. When the ratio of height to width exceeds the required ratio, flowing water will be generated in the front of the equipment to eliminate the alluvium. If enough alluvium is washed away, the equipment will move several CM to the middle and lower reaches. This kind of method has obvious advantages.
Erosion sludge treatment defect: a relatively large amount of labor must be carried out in the sewage pipeline. The same way as this is to use locally installed equipment, such as sewer pipes and water gates, to carry out erosion sludge treatment.
