1、 The product certificate, quality assurance certificate, performance inspection reports, specifications, quantity, packaging, and quality of pipes and fittings of the steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe shall be available.
2、 During the acceptance of pipes and fittings, samples shall be taken from the same batch, and tests shall be carried out if necessary.

3、 Each steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe used in pipeline engineering shall be clearly marked with product name, manufacturer name or trademark, number, specification and variety of executive standard. The mark shall be printed when the manufacturer manufactures, and the product batch number, name, specification and manufacturing date, batch number, number of executive standard and inspection code shall be marked on the package.
4、 The internal surface of the steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe shall be smooth and flat, the external surface shall be in a natural shrinkage state, and the internal and external surfaces shall be free of bubbles, cracks, decomposition discoloration lines and obvious mechanical scars.
5、 Both ends of the pipe shall be cut flat, and the surface of the pipe seal and joint shall be flat and smooth without pits, scratches and burrs. The pipe seal and joint shall be well fused with the pipe without cracks.
6、 The geometric dimensions of pipes, especially the ovality of pipe orifices at both ends of pipes and pipe fittings (including electric fusion joints) shall be within the tolerance range (the out of roundness shall not be more than 3%). The bending degree of pipes shall comply with: when the nominal inner diameter is not more than 200mm, the bending degree shall not be more than 1.0%; when the nominal inner diameter is not less than 250mm, the bending degree shall not be more than 0.5%. The bending degree refers to bending in the same direction, S-shaped bending is not allowed.
