Although there are various specifications, models and sizes of pipe products such as steel mesh skeleton composite pipes, their length is limited, so pipe connection is generally required during construction. The correct method must be mastered when connecting pipes, otherwise the pipes may be damaged and the construction cannot be carried out normally.
How to connect the steel mesh skeleton composite pipe?
1. Firstly, the surface of both ends of the pipe to be connected shall be polished to remove the outer oxide layer, and the inner wall of the pipe fittings shall be similarly treated. The electric melting sleeve pipe fittings are pre sleeved at one end of the connecting pipe, and the butt joint machine is selected to conduct hot melting butt joint on the connecting end face of the pipe.
2. Under strict process conditions, calculate the docking time, remove the flanging with a blade before the steel mesh skeleton composite pipe butt flanging position cools down completely, and pay attention to the regularity and flatness of butt joints. After the butt joint area is sufficiently cooled, the final installation direction of the electrofusion pipe fittings shall be pre marked with craftsmanship, and the hydraulic cylinder shall be used to push the pipe fittings back to the position marked on the weld, and the electrofusion welding operation shall be carried out after the confirmation.  

3. During electric fusion welding, closely monitor the parameter changes of the welding machine, and combine with the practice response of pipe fittings to accurately judge and grasp the welding quality. After the completion of electric fusion welding, strict technical cooling time shall be adhered to, and fixture locking shall be adhered to. It is strictly prohibited to disturb the pipe or conduct other process operations on the pipe when the regular technical time is not available.
4. After sufficient cooling, the cooling area at the mouth end of the electrofusion pipe fitting and the electrofusion terminal shall be sealed with PE by hot blow welding to prevent the contact between the electric heating wire of the pipe fitting and the external medium.
